Can I return or exchange a product because I don't like the shade?

Unfortunately, no. Our Concealer Stix, Face It Stix, lip kits, and eyeshadow palettes are cosmetic, hygiene-sensitive products, so choosing the right shade is entirely at your own discretion. We're unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange once an order has shipped if the shade doesn't suit your skin tone. To help you choose correctly the first time, use our Shade Finder or message us on WhatsApp for a free shade match before you order.

Can I return a used or opened product?

No. Once a product has been opened, used, or swatched, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, for the same hygiene reasons.

What if my product arrives broken or damaged?

This is the only case in which we offer a refund, return, or exchange. To be eligible:

• Email us at info@shyrbeauty.com within 2 days of delivery.

• Include an unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package being opened for the first time and the damage found inside.

• Requests without unboxing video proof cannot be processed — please film before opening any Shyr Beauty order.

How do I raise a damaged-product claim?

Email info@shyrbeauty.com with your order number, the unboxing video, and photos of the damage. Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Will I get a refund, a replacement, or an exchange?

Once a damage claim is approved, we'll offer a refund to your original payment method, a replacement of the same product, or an exchange for the same product — whichever you prefer, subject to stock availability. We're not able to accommodate a shade or product change as part of a damage claim.
